We recently completed a full renovation and extension of a holiday home nestled in the breathtaking Scottish Highlands. This project transformed the original property into a modern, high-specification retreat that blends contemporary luxury with the natural beauty of its surroundings. Working in close collaboration with our trusted subcontractors, we managed every detail from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and high-quality finish.
The original structure was fully modernised, including complete rewiring, updated plumbing, new insulation, and high-end finishes throughout. A bespoke kitchen and luxurious bathrooms were installed, featuring premium fixtures, underfloor heating, and integrated smart home technology for ultimate comfort and convenience.
A key feature of the extension was the addition of a stunning master suite, featuring a freestanding bath, en suite shower room, and direct access to the garden. The suite leads out to a unique covered hot tub area, cleverly integrated into the roof of the extension.
